Shipping:
1. Do you ship overseas?
Yes, I ship anywhere and everywhere.
2. How much is shipping?
Shipping prices are listed on the contact page.
3. Can I purchase overnight or faster shipping?
Yes, of course you can, just let me know in advance so I can quote you the shipping costs in the total.
Purchasing:
1. What methods of payment do you accept?
I currently accept Paypal, Western Union transfers, well concealed cash (at your own risk) and money orders. Paypal being the preferred method since it allows me to start working on your order immediately.
Returns:
1. Do you accept returns?
No, because of the nature of the product and health concerns, returns will not be accepted under any circumstance.
Ordering:
1. How long will my order take to process?
All products require a week as long as all materials are in stock. If I need to order materials, your order will be ready for shipping within 3 weeks.
2. Can my order be processed in less time?
It depends on how busy I am with other orders. However, if you need the falls sooner I can try and finish them as soon as possible. Remember 7 business days is the maximum length before they are shipped so it will probably take less time.
Care and Maintenance:
1. How do I care for my falls?
Wool falls are relatively easy to care for. I only ask that you try not to get them wet, because eventually with continued exposure to water they may get moldy. Cyberlox do not need any maintenance.
Wearing Falls:
1. How do I put them in?
This is the most commonly asked question. The fact is, once you know how to do it, its very easy and takes almost no time.
First, to put a set of falls in, tie your hair into two buns one on each side of your head. I prefer them close to the top and half-way down the middle..but this is just my preference...you should play around with it and see what looks best for you. Then you take the elastic strip the falls are mounted on and tie it around the bun. Then simply flip the falls over the bun.
Second, if you only want to wear one fall, put your hair in a half ponytail fairly high up and do the same with the elastic strip, tying it around the pony tail and then flip the falls over it.
